As a production unit we are even more conscious of every step we make while creating our rugs. A broad number of measures have been taken to produce as green as possible. Careful selection of materials, saving energy and recycling are deeply rooted. And it’s an ever evolving process. Enclosed document describes our sustainability awareness.
Circular rugs
Zero waste production – that’s a great initiative..
And we realise it! Any small residue after completing a rug is used to create new ‘circular’ rugs. Once a cone is completely empty, another cone is put on to tuft the next section. The amount of yarn residue determines the circle-width and colour flow, resulting in a unique design each time.
The concept of utilizing leftover materials to make new products aligns well with the circular economy, emphasizing reuse and minimizing waste. By prioritizing reuse within CSrugs, we maximize the use of our resources, contributing to sustainability and essential for ensuring a livable planet for future generations. The circular carpets are crafted in various shapes, either round or rectangular with rounded corners. They are available in both loop pile and cut pile styles.
